Eye Care in the Age of Covid-19

COVID-19 Precautions are in place for your health and safety including retrofitting the office flow, take the self-prescreening questions prior to requesting appointments. For limited conditions, we offer telemedicine.

For in person office visits, we will perform touch less temperature checks, etc. Masks are required for the entire duration of your office visit. Please practice social distance at all times.

Do you have or had a fever in the past ten days?
Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 10 days: cough, runny nose, ear infection, watery eyes?
Have you or anyone in your family recently tested positive for Covid-19?

If yes, please self-quarantine.
Have you traveled by air or train in the past 10 days?
Have you been to a group gathering or event recently?
